Returns & Refunds
When you receive your order, be sure to inspect the product carefully to ensure that it is in good condition. If any defect or damage is found, please do not use it and send us pictures or videos within 24 hours. Products that have already been used, even if the order is incorrect, will not be processed.
We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason other than the product being damaged on arrival.
Order Cancellation
Order processing will begin within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You can’t cancel your order once it goes into production.
Order cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours.

Please understand that you cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
Note*We do not offer 24-hour cancellations on orders for in-stock torso dolls or sex toys.
Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be charged a 50% handling fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
