Most in-stock items arrive 3-6 days after your order is placed, while non-stock orders take 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously, so there will be no labels on the box. Not even our company name will appear. Your torso dolls will arrive in a plain box with no identification of contents.

We will send you a tracking number to your email after the package has been shipped. Please keep an eye on your order tracking in case something goes wrong with it before it is delivered(eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.) till it is delivered.

Non-stock (Custom) torso dolls are manufactured and shipped from China.

Yes, you can. Please let us know your local FedEx/UPS location in order. We can ship the parcel there for you to pick up. Please also call FedEx/UPS to confirm it before the shipment.
